My path as a healer began in France in the 1980s, where I trained under my first husband, French ethnobotanist François Couplan, PhD, and became one of the first women to lead survival trips in Europe. During my 25 years there, I discovered the profound healing power of crystals—a turning point that led me to create Crystal Energy Therapy, my first healing modality. From that foundation, I became certified as a Naturopathic Practitioner and Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), while raising my two daughters and running my first healing practice in the South of France.
Entering the depths
Life tested me deeply. After a painful and abusive second marriage, I found myself standing at a crossroads—terrified, uncertain, and convinced I couldn’t survive on my own. The day I told a friend what had happened and she insisted I go to the doctor and the police changed everything. That act of courage became my first step toward reclaiming my voice and rebuilding my life. It was the moment I said, Never again!, and began walking the path of true healing.
Re-emerging
Returning to the United States with my daughters, I founded Pure Healing Insight to continue sharing this work. As my practice evolved, I integrated Astrology and Family Constellations, completing the circle of modalities that now define my holistic approach. Through this work, I’ve witnessed the incredible power of energy to reveal hidden patterns, dissolve trauma, and awaken the deep wisdom that lives within each of us.
