What is Energy Work or Energy Healing?
Energy work (also known as energy healing) is a holistic approach to healing that focuses on the body’s natural flow of life-force energy, often called Qi or Prana. This energy exists in and flows through an electro-magnetic field known as the Human Energy Field. This field, also called the Aura, is the seat of the non-visible functions of our being, such as emotion, thought and spiritual connection.
Energy healing involves sensing, balancing, and clearing energetic pathways to support physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. When energy flows freely, we feel more vibrant, centered, and connected to ourselves and the world around us.
How long will healing take?
Healing is an ongoing process that can be very rapid, or take more time. Depending on your situation, to find resolution to the issues you are coming with can take anywhere from one or two sessions to several weeks or months. You are the architect of your timeline, and we will work together to find out what works best for you. Regardless, you will most likely see a difference in how you feel from the very first session.
Do you offer remote sessions?
Yes. You can experience all of my one-on-one sessions from the comfort of your own home.
Do you recommend a specific order in which to do this work?
I usually recommend beginning with a Personalized Astrology reading in order to better understand your basic character and energy design. If you are dealing with specific issues that need to find resolution, a Crystal Constellation is in order. If you are experiencing anxiety, are feeling drained or simply want an energy reset, we will do a Crystal Energy Therapy session.
It can be helpful to alternate between Crystal Constellation and Crystal Energy Therapy sessions in order to help your body integrate the changes that inevitably follow the Crystal Constellations or Family Constellations, depending on whether you do this work individually or in a group setting.
Can I purchase several sessions at once for a discounted fee?
Yes. I offer discounted bundles for Crystal Constellations and Crystal Energy Therapy sessions, which are also interchangeable. A single session is $144, and a bundle of 4 sessions is $460 instead of $576, saving you 20% or $116.
As for the Personalized Astrology readings, the basic reading is $180, with the possibility of adding on a Solar Return (looking at the year after your birthday) or a Secondary Progression (seeing how your birth chart has evolved up until now) for $90 each. For a bundle of all 3 readings, your discounted fee is $288, saving you $72.

New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aquarius, February 17th, 2026
When the Sky Rewrites the Story
What does an eclipse do? It changes the dynamics of an ongoing situation, creating a “reset” moment that will have repercussions over a period of about six months. For the period we are currently experiencing, this is very significant because of what is happening in the skies in the coming six months.
Generational Shifts: Fire and Air take the Stage
Astrologers have been saying for years that what happens during this particular time period will determine the trajectory of humanity for generations to come. Last year we had a taste of what this means, when Uranus, Neptune and Saturn all spent a few months in the signs they now occupy (Saturn and Neptune in Aries) or are about to (Uranus in Gemini) for the next 7-15 years. With Pluto having settled into Aquarius but still in the early degrees, the other slow-moving generational planets, Neptune and Uranus, are also finding themselves in masculine signs, where they will be interacting with Pluto from the early degrees of their respective fire and air signs. This amount of masculine energy hasn't been felt in the skies for a very long time. The yang energy of decisive action and protection of the sacred feminine is very much supported at this time.
The Fire Horse and the Year of Momentum
This solar eclipse rings in the Chinese new year with the Fire Horse. After Dragon and Serpent years, this feels significant. And with all but the personal planets in fire and air signs, there is a resonance there as well. Even Jupiter will be moving into Leo, a masculine fire sign, at the end of June! If there was ever a year that signifies massive change and new beginnings, this is it! And the eclipse is just the beginning of this transition, the signal that it’s time! Time to harness the fire horse and ride the wave!
The Courage to Leave the Old World
Receiving a square from Uranus, this new Moon in Aquarius is asking “Are you ready? Are you willing to dive into the abyss and trust that the Universe has your back? Do you want that new world enough that you are ready and willing to leave behind all unnecessary baggage? It’s time to make that decision, NOW. We’ve had time to go through all of our stuff, throwing out what no longer serves us. And if we haven’t done that, and we still want to go, it may just be a little harder to let go. That’s all. There’s no punishment, no price to pay. If you want to go, you go!
Love at the Crossroads of Fate
Some relationships will be transitioning as well. Important ones will shift in a way that feels very fateful or timely, as exalted Venus conjoins the North Node of the Moon. Exalted Jupiter and Mercury trining each other also feels timely and relevant to those relationships, giving them breadth and depth through deep communication and sharing.
Between Worlds
The day I am writing this — February 16th — feels like a day outside of time.
I woke with a strange sensation in my body after dreaming of snorkeling, then finding myself in a sealed water tank. Suspended. Between worlds.
My mother is dying. I know this is connected.
I find myself wondering whether she will choose this eclipse portal as her moment to leave her physical body. Alongside the grief rising within me, there is also a quiet curiosity. It feels like such a powerful threshold — a moment when veils are thin and transitions feel purposeful.
My mother is an incredibly beautiful soul. As difficult as this time is, it feels aligned — as if she is consciously participating in her own unfolding.
If she crosses during this eclipse, I will trust the timing.
If she stays, radiant and defiant like the Fire Horse itself, I will consider myself deeply blessed to have more time.
Perhaps this is what eclipses ultimately teach us — that endings and beginnings are rarely separate. They are portals. And whether in the skies or in our own lives, we are always being asked to trust the timing of transformation.
When we stand at these kinds of thresholds — personal or collective — we often discover that what we thought was “ours” alone is woven into something much larger. Family patterns. Ancestral timing. Unfinished stories seeking resolution.
This is the heart of the work I do through Crystal Constellations — helping people step into these turning points with clarity, compassion, and support, so that what is ready to end can end peacefully, and what is ready to begin can do so with strength.
